All platform content—including dashboards, AI tools, and learning scaffolds—are the property of IEP Assure, LLC. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer our materials.

5. Student Data

You agree to use student data responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws, including FERPA. IEP Assure is not responsible for any misuse of data uploaded by users.

6. Limitation of Liability

IEP Assure is offered "as is." We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform. We work to maintain uptime and security, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform implies agreement to the current terms.
